Linda gained her expertise as EVP of Branch Banking and Physical Distribution for PNC Bank, where her career started from running a single retail branch to ultimately overseeing the nationwide network of 2,500 branches with 16,000 employees and a $1 billion P&L.
During her tenure, as the bank grew from a small regional player to one of the nation's top five, she learned that the biggest challenges facing leaders is building teams fast and effective enough to keep pace with change. Recognizing how coaching can support those challenges, Linda became an executive coach after leaving her extended career at PNC Bank.
She has coached clients from a variety of industries including financial services, fintech, biotech, market tech, music, construction and not for profits spanning five different countries. Linda is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Board-Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education. Her degrees include, MBA University of Massachusetts, B.S. Finance/Economics, Indiana State University, CBA Graduate School of Bank Management
